The accounting services function has expanded over the years and gave birth to various consulting functions. Today Ndemex has a capability to offer more services as mentioned as a consulting firm. We source contracts opportunities then partner with different companies from SME’s to corporate companies to deliver on the contract requirements should the firm not meet the capacity to deliver.
We educate ourselves with the services that are required by of our clients and engage with partners to be able deliver on the services.
After sourcing the project, we take the following functions in an agreement with the partnered company/firms:

▪ Take on some functions that require professional skilled people that company has internally
▪ Employ additional professional skills to execute duties of the contract where needed
